Im back in the UK after a truely inspiring tour around South America which i think just might be my favorite continent. Obviously it was hot over there, t-shirts vest and shorts my main day wear for the past 10 days….hot as well were the men, oh if only i’d dipped my biscuit in the wonder of it all. How fitting then that this song came on my ipod en route home and stayed there on loop whilst i snoozed sandwiched between Russian holiday makers on an Air France flight back to winter….

Little sneaky peak at want went on in the sweat box also known as K Club in Sao Paulo, seriously it was the hottest i’ve ever been on stage….dont let the fan fool you it was spitting out hot air, next time i suggest a pool party in bikinis and obviously without the pool!!!!! Big shouts to the crowd who were amazing and of course, DJ Andy for getting me over there and showing me the real Sao Paulo and all the Subgrave crew, cant wait to come back

Im knackered but wide awake with nervous energy, kinda how i’ve been feeling since landing on this awesome continent Monday morning. Straight to the beach with Omar from the airport through the worl of Caracas traffic via Valencia to make my yearly pilgrimage to Maracoy where one day i hope to own a house with a boat, (somewhere in the distance of the above picture) your all welcome to visit and we can spend the days cruising round the islands stopping off at the most secluded beaches eating areapas with cheese and drinking beer in the sun! London got Blitzkrieg’d this week by my brother from another mother Kabuki promoting his excellent new album Warrior Soul. He passed through DNB TV, Kool FM, Swerve and the hallowed halls of 1Xtra click the links to listen back to him and Bailey chew the fat over the airwaves, twas a very nice show indeed. Watch out for me and Kabuki playing in Romania, Serbia (hopefully) and Japan later on in the year. Shouts to the online crew in Yalding for the pics, ya large

Wow what a mad weekend, my name up on one of those old school cinema style boards and cheeseburgers brought to me in bed…i am a very lucky girl…woman…lady…person?? lol No pictures from the Braun of schweig im afraid apart from this one above took by a raver (danke) it was ridiculously fun but i got very drunk, being a little nervous my first time in the city alone and all, I kept a hold of my drink rather than my camera, however Modfest was a different story… (more…)

Thank Q Summer Sonic!
What an amazing weekend in an awesome country, Summer Sonic 2009 Japan was one of the best live experiences i’ve ever had! Truely humbling, the two shows with the Qemists in Tokyo & Osaka were what my childhood dreams were made of 10,000 strong crowds, speaker rigs and scaffolding to climb and gyrate on, huge video screens, dressing rooms next to uber stars, autograph signings, TV interviews…the list goes on and on.
R.I.P accessories….
This year touring with the Qemists has took me all over the place, we’ve played and partied quite hard, in so many cities & clubs it was inevitable that some of my possesions were gonna go walkabouts. This is just a small dedication to some of my favourite pieces no longer with us, well no longer with me some lucky f**kers found them…hope their being nice to my babies! (more…)
Summer Tour Dates!
Haven’t been bloggin’ as ferociously as i used to lately and that is kind of down to being so blooming busy with the boys from Brighton! Touring with The Qemists this year has already took me to 5 different countries, playing around 24 gigs in support of their debut album ‘Join The Q’ which is out now! Tour Diary – Day 7, Bochum
Its a beautiful day here in Bochum, we’ve all just arrived at the club Zeche after a lovely morning buying crap in the small city centre of Bochum, big up to the first Starbucks of the tour, bliss!
Im sat back stage whilst Enter are sound-checking my favourite song Juggernaut, i keep waking up singing this bitch seriously the choon is the shizzle! Has also been first day with the Shikari crew after our riot bonding sesh in Brussels, has been some jokes this afternoon i tell thee.Anyways here goes tour diary day 7, which by the way was another day off here in the bountiful Bochum!
After an amazing day n night in Brussels (where im sure the ankle first began to hurt) we headed on over the border to Bochum, which we all thought was in Poland but is actually in Germany, go figure genius’s! On route we watched Chopper as we finally had the dvd player working, all it took was a little slap and a poke from Timmy two dinners, he the man!
So Bochum….is interesting, our first experience of a Formula One hotel aka swingers town! This hotel was my worst nightmare for real, bunk beds, communal toilets (VD’S) and showers (verruca’s), with red and green lights over head…like that was suppose to be cute, in my first 30 mins in the hotel i seen 4 men roaming the corridor in their undies, very tight white undies and they weren’t even fit!! Tour Diary Day 5 – Paris, Lille & Brussels
We’ve finally made it to a hotel, thank the lord! What a day indeed, we’ve been all over the show in France on what was suppose to be a day off at a heavy metal festival in Lille. However fate didnt have it that way instead we are in Belguim a day early, shacked up at an Etap hotel near an airport after ooo maybe 5 hours or more driving in the van with a dvd player THAT DOESN’T WORK! (Nice one Tiger Tours).

Im the only one still awake at Qemist HQ, there’s an hour before the bus comes to pick us up for our two week road trip across Europe. Im mad excited and also hoping to make most of cot in back of splitter hence the no sleeping (thanks Mr Carne!). All sorts of things running through my head…did i pack enough knickers, should i have brought my skirt, will he bother like i did to make the 5 hour round trip, should i shave my hair off and why have i only brought clothes that make me look like a teenage boy?! Nothing major i suppose just last minute jitters…all melts away when i think of all the fun we’re gonna have on stage. Yay Antwerp here we come

Its official The Qemists will be in Japan in March performing live at The Liquid Rooms, Tokyo and Triangle, Osaka! Its been nearly 3 years since i was last in the east and i soooo can’t wait to go back esp with what i hope will be an amazing live show…rehearsals start next week
Melbourne was wizard in OZ…
So Australia i finally got there courtesy of Naras Entertainment & Singapore airlines and you know what i bloody love it. I dunno if i could live there for 12 months in a row but hanging out in the winter sun was definately a good look. Its crazy though as the whole vibe really suprised me, im not sure exactly what i expected of the final continent on my list to visit but i didnt expect it to be so erm…cool, look so good, cosmopolitian and very comfortable. I didn’t get too bush with my locations, even though Perth wasnt to far off… (more…)
