Carnival Jesus & Harry potter

A week back today i was at Alexandra Park in Manchester enjoying the Mosside Carnival,  the first time i’d been there in over 12 years! Shocked as i was to see Jesus and Harry Potter there i was even more surprised by the beautiful weather and rather pleasent crowd of all ages, creeds and cultures peacefully enjoying the some what community lead entertainment and tasty but pricey food. DNBTV interview

Spent a lovely afternoon a few weeks back in the hallowed halls of Drum & Bass Arena, met a fair few of the office crew who make up the tour de force team (and are all lovely, even the one who doesn’t speak much and is stuck in the dark corner), played a few new tracks and then did a little interview in the park down the road. Twas very nice :)   Watch my guinness world record attempt for the most amount of words per minute, as i ramble on about my d&b history, collaborations and new album. Oh and i apologize now for the shakey Geordie accent, sorry fam! Big thanks to all the guys at Drum & Bass Arena and HAPPY 100th SHOW for tonight ya’ll ;)

Giant Pumpkin Comp.

This time a few weeks back i was about to have one of the surrealist sundays i’ve had in a long time. Giant pumpkins, flamingos, musical toadstools, more pumpkins, donkeys that spit chocolate coins, a broken camera, Victorian swings and Rapunzel’s tower are just a few of the things that spun my sober and therefore fragile little mind right out on a trip to Fairytale Land… (more…)
