Just heard about the film Black Swan which looks amazing from this trailer. Starring Vincent Cassel as a ballet director and Natalie Portman as a ballet dancer (beware boys shes does the splits) i think its fair to say theres a lil something for everyone in this psychological thriller. Already being touted as one of next years big Oscar movies with Portmans performance sure to get her a much deserved gold man for her mantle, i cant wait to see this at the cinema when it comes out in the UK next year…..*jaw drops* dam thats a long way away, wish i was going to the Venice Film festival, Black Swan will be opening the whole shindig with its world premiere there in September….how far away is Venice from Sardinia…could i nick a boat and sail there? lol

Saian Supa Crew are the dope shit, (though im by far superior on the playstation, Glasto ’03 FACT) if you dont know about them then please get to know, they have been tearing up microphones for at least 12 years that i know of and have consistently kept me captivated without having had a single idea of what their on about. I think that’s the test of a good rapper, if you don’t even understand the language he’s speaking but the flow is still dope enough to keep your attention. In fact with some of the ish these rappers are calling lyrics nowadays it would be a blessing to not have to understand whats being said…i wonder if Tinchy knows french? Anyhoo this song is ridiculous and has been in my top 10 sexy hip-hop tunes since i first heard it way back when, so many sounds, instruments, vocal tones, its just straight butter….makes me want to dance around in my underwear in front of curtainless windows with a soft light on at night, ‘ahoy there neighbor!’

Keeping in theme i thought we’d head to Italy next by way of New Mexico, Albuquerque to be exact. Breaking Bad watchers might recognize this foreign blur of words from Season 3, for the rest of you this will mean nothing. Gale is idly watering his plants whilst singing along to this fun ditty by an Italian vocal quartet from the 1940s just before the chicken man pays him a visit. So wish i could find a clip of Gale actually singing this from the show but there’s nothing on line and i can’t post it myself as Youtube r straight hating on me after the condom film from the other day…still is a fun listen, especially when the high parts kick in and totally foreign as i cant understand a bloody word, roll on Berlin!

Yay i did it with less than 3 wks to go and under £200 to spare when i land i have got myself a flat in Berlin for my two months visit! It couldn’t be more perfect, cheap gorgeous, round the corner from my long time friends, graffiti in the stairwells and has a cafe downstairs, das is gut!! To celebrate im blogging foreign stuff all day, i want to get in the mode of not understanding anything around me apart from the odd word…like ‘Whiskey Cola’.

Starring far to many men that would get it to mention them all and Chris Brown im sure you’ll be hearing about this one soon enough, set for UK release on 1st Oct, its gonna be the big date movie for Autumn (action for the guys and guys for the gurls, lol) that is if it doesn’t bomb in the states first, (fingers crossed) the release date has been put back enough times! jesus & harry potter at mosside carnival
A week back today i was at Alexandra Park in Manchester enjoying the Mosside Carnival, the first time i’d been there in over 12 years! Shocked as i was to see Jesus and Harry Potter there i was even more surprised by the beautiful weather and rather pleasent crowd of all ages, creeds and cultures peacefully enjoying the some what community lead entertainment and tasty but pricey food.
