Run @ Motion x Foo Mag!
Bristol is a party town for sure, only ever had one bad night there and that was cause someone spiked me with no-party juice, tut tut Mr i know your name! Eyes and hands firmly on my drinks since then i’v had the most fun performing and partying in ‘the bubble’ and a few weeks back was the first time i got to play for RUN @ Motion with my DJ Danny Wheeler. Foo Magazine was down there on the night the Mancs rolled in (Zed Bias & Tonn Piper also reppin on the bill!) and made this very funny video…im not drunk at all

20 years of The Pump!
This November sees the 20th Anniversary of one of my all time favorite trainer, The Pump by Reebok. Apart from making me feel ridiculously old it has also stirred up some quite horrific memories of my Pump ensemble i proudly wore everywhere back in primary school, which included obviously the trainers, a t-shirt and alas…a bum-bag

My surreal Sunday.
This time a few weeks back i was about to have one of the surrealist sundays i’ve had in a long time. Pure – Drug culture doc.
This popped up on my (yes you guessed it) twitter feed yesterday thanks to ScottyMaserati at Grandtheftvideo this morning i gave it a watch. Pure is a very frank documentary from the unique view of the users and pushers. It covers the obvious areas of drug awareness and yet remains surprisingly un-patronizing, giving a well rounded discussion through the comments and selection of its subjects. Cassette Boy vs Nick Griffin vs Question Time
Politics got more ugly than usual this week as Nick Griffin chairman of the British National Party (by the way that is not a link to their website) took part in BBC’s Question Time. His time on air was spent stuttering responses, smirking when talking of the holocoust, using erroneous historical statements and generally not coming across very well when faced with the publics scrutiny on his party and their policies. If you haven’t already watched it i can’t recommend it enough, dont believe the hype find out for yourself. (more…)
